This tool covers England and Wales only. Scotland and Northern Ireland have separate land registry systems (Registers of Scotland and Land & Property Services NI) and are not included in the CCOD dataset. The data includes all registered freehold and leasehold properties owned by corporate entities across England and Wales.
A director search looks up an individual director's name via the Companies House API, finds all companies they're associated with (both current and past appointments), and then searches our database for properties owned by those companies. This is useful for investigating an individual's property interests through their business connections. Director searches cost 3 credits or £3 due to the additional API calls required.
